Villa Miragalli 2011/2012 Rental Rates:
The Rentals during the medium and high season are from Saturday to Saturday, with a minimum one week, or by special arrangement.
From May 28 to September 23……………€ 7000/week
From September 24 to December 09……€ 5000/week
From December 10 to January 06,2012 € 4600/week
From January 07 to March 02…………… € 4000/week
From March 03 to March 30……………… € 4600/week
From March 31 to May 25…………………. € 5000/week
From May 26 to September 28…………….€ 7000/week
From September 29 to November 02 …..€ 5000/week
Rental price includes maid service twice a week, Saturdays and Wednesdays.
Linens and towels will be changed every Saturday and Wednesday.
The rental price also includes the final cleaning, linens and towels, gas, water, and electricity.
No others fees or taxes are required.
Check-in is after 4:00pm. Check-out is before 10:00am, or by different arrangements.
To book Villa Miragalli, there is a 25% deposit at the moment of your reservation, payable either by bank transfer or credit card. The remaining balance (75%), is due 60 days prior to the arrival date, through bank transfer or credit card.
Security deposit: € 1000.00 (paid by credit card, euros, US dollars, or British pound at time of check-in) at the time of arrival. The security deposit will be refunded upon departure, subject to any deductions for damage.
Upon arrival at the Villa, the property manager will ask you to present a copy of your passport.
